RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are committed to ensuring our customers receive a seamless shopping experience. To that end, we offer easy Replacement within 7 DAYS of delivery. Please contact us with your order number, and we will generate a Free replacement pickup for you.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging and must meet all Replacement warranty conditions provided on our website. Once the pickup is done from the customer, the item must be delivered to us for quality control. After that, we will dispatch a replacement to the customer.
If we are unable to generate a courier pickup from the customer’s location due to out-of-reach areas, the customer will need to manually ship the product back to us through a reputed courier company at their own expense.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, it will take 1-2 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If the timeframe has passed without a refund, please contact us at info@repairfully.com. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and meet warranty conditions. The customer is responsible for shipping costs if courier pickup is unavailable. Thank you for your understanding.
INVALID RETURN REASONS
At Repairfully®, we cannot accept order cancellations just because the buyer has changed their mind or no longer wants the items. When an order is submitted, it forms a legally binding contract. Buyers should ensure they are confident in their purchase before placing an order. We aim to provide great value, so we cannot make exceptions to this policy. #EcommerceBusiness
CANCELLATIONS
We regret any inconvenience, but please be advised of our cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel your order, kindly contact us immediately. However, if the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to stop the package.
For partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders where the customer has paid an advance COD fee, refunds will not be issued in the event the customer no longer wants the item, changes their mind, or rejects the shipment for any other reason, provided the shipment reached the customer on time.
However, in the event a customer chooses to cancel a prepaid order due to personal reasons such as a change of mind, no longer needing the product, or any non-product-related cause, the following terms will apply:
Cancellation Charges (for prepaid orders)
- If the cancellation request is made before dispatch, a full refund may be processed after review.
- If the order has already been dispatched or is in transit, the customer will be required to bear the two-way shipping cost (i.e., courier charges for both delivery and return).
- The remaining balance (after deducting logistics charges) will be refunded to the original payment method.
