After payment confirmation, every order enters a verification and procurement stage. This includes:
- •Confirmation of spare part compatibility with selected device
- •Quality inspection of the specific unit being dispatched
- •Secure packaging for transit protection
Most orders are processed within 24-48 working hours before dispatch. In some cases, RepairFully may contact the customer within 48 hours to confirm device model, part variant, or address details. This step prevents wrong dispatch and is taken only when automated verification is insufficient.
Procurement for Older or Limited Models
For discontinued or less commonly available device models, spare part availability may be limited. In such cases:
- •Procurement may take additional time beyond standard processing
- •The customer is informed of the delay and given options
- •We prioritize sourcing verified parts over rushing incorrect ones
Dispatch Transparency
If an order is not dispatched within the expected timeframe:

- •Updated timeline is provided
- •Cancellation option is available if not yet in procurement
Delivery Timelines

An unpacking video significantly strengthens any future claim. Claims without evidence may take longer to verify.

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery address:
