Cancellation Policy

Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, cancellation is not permitted.

24-Hour Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for any reason:

  • •Accidental order
  • •Incorrect selection
  • •Change of requirement

Eligible cancellations receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.

After 24 Hours — No Cancellation

Once 24 hours have passed, the order enters procurement. Cancellation is NOT permitted after this point, even if:

  • •The order has not yet been dispatched
  • •You no longer need the part
  • •You found it cheaper elsewhere

Spare parts are sourced, verified, and reserved for your specific order. Procurement costs are incurred and cannot be reversed.

Dispatched Orders

Orders that have been dispatched CANNOT be cancelled. The shipment must be accepted at delivery. If you no longer need the part after delivery, review the Return & Replacement Policy for eligible options.

Rejection at Delivery (RTO)

If a dispatched order is rejected at delivery for reasons such as no longer required, change of mind, or purchased elsewhere, the shipment is marked as Return to Origin (RTO). After the item is received and verified, the following deductions are applied:

DEDUCTIONS APPLIED:

  • −Forward shipping charges
  • −Return shipping charges
  • −Packaging and handling charges
  • −Quality re-inspection charges

The remaining amount (if any) is refunded to the original payment method.

When Logistics Charges Are NOT Applied

No deductions if the rejection is due to:

  • •Wrong item dispatched by RepairFully
  • •Damaged product with proper evidence (unpacking video)
  • •Manufacturing defect visible without installation

Such cases are handled under the Return & Replacement Policy.

RepairFully-Initiated Cancellation

RepairFully may cancel an order if:

  • •Part becomes unavailable after payment
  • •Compatibility verification fails
  • •Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund is processed without deductions.
