All parts carry a replacement warranty — 7-day QC testing or 30-day depending on part type and quality tier.

Scope of Warranty
RepairFully provides a limited replacement-only warranty on all eligible spare parts sold on the platform. This warranty covers manufacturing defects identified during initial quality testing (Tier 1) or within the warranty period (Tier 2). It does not extend beyond this purpose.
Warranty Duration
TIER 1: 7-DAY QC TESTING WARRANTY
For: OLED displays, Premium displays, Original Grade displays, and all electrical components (speakers, batteries, cameras, charging boards, flex cables, vibrators, earpieces). This 7-day period is strictly for inspection, testing, and quality verification BEFORE installation.
TIER 2: 30-DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
For: Compatible (Incell/Basic LCD) displays and non-electrical parts (middle frames, back panels, front glass, back covers, housing components). This 30-day period covers manufacturing defects. Parts should still be tested before installation where possible, but defects discovered after installation may be covered if verified as manufacturing-related.
Nature of Warranty
Tier 1 — QC Testing Warranty
The part must be tested BEFORE installation. Once a part is installed, pasted, fitted, or used on a device, the warranty is considered expired. Installation = acceptance of condition.
Tier 2 — Manufacturing Defect Warranty
The part is covered against manufacturing defects for 30 days. Clean return condition is still required. Physical damage, liquid damage, or mishandling voids the warranty regardless of timeline.
What the Warranty Covers
- •Non-functioning part during testing
- •Dead pixels, display lines, or colour defects (screens)
- •Touch not responding or partially responding
- •Battery not holding charge on initial use
- •Component failure during normal testing
- •Internal defect detected before or after installation (Tier 2 only — if verified as manufacturing defect)
What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
- •Issues caused by the customer's device (motherboard, IC, power, connector faults)
- •Physical damage (cracks, bends, dents)
- •Burn marks or overheating damage
- •Liquid exposure or corrosion
- •Improper installation or testing technique
- •Removal or tampering of warranty sticker
- •Removal of protective films
- •Normal wear and tear after extended use
- •Damage during installation by unqualified person
Warranty Sticker & Protective Film
Warranty becomes VOID if:
- •Warranty sticker is cut, removed, damaged, or re-applied
- •Protective films on the part are removed or tampered with
If a part is received without a sticker/film (rare), maintain it exactly as received to remain eligible.
Evidence & Verification
Warranty claims require:
- •Unpacking video (strongly recommended)
- •Testing video showing the defect
- •Photographs of the defect
- •Order details and delivery confirmation
Claims are processed only after successful verification.
Replacement Under Warranty
If a warranty claim is approved:
- •Pickup is arranged from the customer's location (free)
- •Returned item is inspected on receipt
- •Replacement dispatched within 24 working hours of verification, subject to availability
Important Advice
Spare parts are sensitive electronic components. We strongly advise:
- •Test ALL parts immediately after delivery
- •Do NOT install before testing (especially Tier 1 parts)
- •Record a testing video for your protection
- •If a defect is found, STOP — do not continue installation
- •Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with evidence

No. Physical damage from drops or impacts is not a manufacturing defect.
Tier 1 parts: No — installation voids the QC warranty. Tier 2 parts: If the defect is verified as manufacturing-related (not device fault or installation error), it may be covered within 30 days.
