Orders & tracking

Once your order is placed, you can track it from your account. Tracking details are also sent via SMS and email after dispatch.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing your order, if it hasn't entered procurement. Log into your account and go to My Orders. After 24 hours, cancellation is not permitted. Refunds for eligible cancellations take 5–10 working days. See the full Cancellation Policy.

How to find your phone's model number

Android

  1. Open Settings
  2. Scroll to About phone (or About device)
  3. Look for Model number (e.g. SM-A505F)

iPhone

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap General
  3. Tap About
  4. See Model Name and Model Number

Note:the model number is different from the marketing name. “Samsung Galaxy A50” is marketing; SM-A505F is the model number. Both work for part search — we match either.

Returns & refunds

RepairFully operates a replacement-first policy. If a part is defective, we replace it. Refunds are rare and require approval — see the Payments & Refunds Policy for the full hierarchy.

What if I receive the wrong part?

Contact us within 7 days (or 30 days for Compatible displays and non-electrical parts) for a free replacement. We verify your order and send the correct part at no cost.

What if I received a defective part?

Test the part before installing. If it doesn't work, contact us via WhatsApp with a testing video. For Group A parts (electrical/displays — OLED, Premium, Original Grade), claim within 7 days before installation. For Group B parts (non-electrical — Compatible LCD), you have 30 days even after installation if the issue is verified as a manufacturing defect.

Every part on RepairFully is categorized into one of three quality tiers — Compatible, Premium, and Original Grade. No tier is "better" or "worse" — each serves different repair needs.

How do I know if a part is compatible with my phone?

Payments & COD

RepairFully is prepaid-only. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. No Cash on Delivery, no store wallet.

Is my payment secure?

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways with bank-grade encryption. Your card details are never stored by RepairFully.

Sign in with your phone number or email. We use OTP for login — no passwords required, no password resets to worry about.

How do I delete my account?

Contact support with your request. We delete your personal data within 30 days of confirmed request, per the Privacy Policy.
