How RepairFully Works

A verification-first process for mobile spare parts. Seven steps from device selection to a working repair — with compatibility confirmed before commerce, and a workshop verification protocol that catches problems before parts reach you.

1. Browse parts by your device

Every part on RepairFully is listed against a specific device model. You select your device first — the catalogue is then filtered to only the parts verified for your exact model. No guesswork, no "will this fit" checking.

Use the Device Selector on the homepage to pick your phone by brand, by name, or by model code (e.g. SM-A505F). Auto-detect identifies your device from the browser when supported. If your model isn't listed, contact us via WhatsApp — we add new models based on demand.

2. Choose a quality tier

Mobile spare parts come from different manufacturing sources and serve different repair needs. RepairFully labels every part into one of three quality tiers so you know exactly what you're buying:

  • Compatible — Aftermarket part, verified to fit your device. Best for budget repairs and bulk shop work.
  • Premium — Higher-grade aftermarket with improved display quality. Available only for OLED devices.
  • Original Grade — Verified original part with source traceability. Best for premium customer-facing repairs.

3. Add to cart, checkout

Once you've picked your device and tier, add to cart and checkout. Prepaid only — UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking. No Cash on Delivery, no store wallet locking up your money.

Order is confirmed only after successful payment. If your payment fails or pends, the order is held — no part of you is debited without confirmation.

4. Verification at workshop

This is the moat. Every batch that arrives at our workshop is logged with photo + invoice before any part ships to a customer. Marketplace platforms list parts straight from suppliers without this check — you find out the part is wrong only after installation.

Our intake protocol:

  • Photo of the batch on receipt at workshop
  • Invoice retained against batch ID
  • Compatibility check against the device model claimed
  • Quality inspection of the specific unit being dispatched
  • Secure packaging for transit protection

Most orders ship within 24–48 working hours of payment. In cases where verification reveals a mismatch (rare), we contact you with options before dispatching anything wrong.

5. Delivery to your workshop

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days across India. Tracking details are sent via SMS and email once the courier picks up.

Timelines vary by pincode, courier reach, and regional conditions (weather, holidays, strikes). Estimates only — RepairFully isn't responsible for courier-side delays beyond our control.

Strong recommendation: record an unpacking video when the package arrives. It significantly strengthens any future replacement claim.

6. Returns if anything is wrong

RepairFully runs a replacement-first policy. If a part is defective, we replace it. Refunds are reserved for cases where replacement is impossible.

Two warranty windows depending on tier:

  • 7-day QC testing window for OLED, Premium, Original Grade displays + all electrical parts. Test before installing — installation ends the warranty.
  • 30-day replacement window for Compatible (LCD) displays + non-electrical parts. Manufacturing defect coverage even after install if verified.
