Platform Overview
RepairFully is a seller and facilitator of spare phone and device parts. We are not the manufacturer of parts. All parts are sourced from verified suppliers and tested for quality. We also provide repair services through authorized partners.
User Eligibility
To use RepairFully, you must:
- •Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- •Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- •Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
- •Not use the platform for fraud or illegal purposes
Account Responsibility
You are fully responsible for:
- •Protecting your account credentials
- •All activity on your account
- •Maintaining confidentiality of login information
- •Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
Device Selection
Device selection is your final responsibility. While we provide:
- •"Identify My Device" as an assistive feature
- •Device-specific product listings
- •Compatibility verification at checkout
These are assistive only, not absolute guarantees. If you order an incompatible part due to your own selection, this is your responsibility. Please verify your device model carefully before purchasing.
Orders & Availability
All orders are:
- •Subject to stock availability
- •Subject to verification and compatibility checks
- •Confirmed only after successful payment
- •Not guaranteed to be dispatched if verification fails
RepairFully reserves the right to cancel orders due to fraud, unavailability, or compatibility issues without explanation.
Pricing
- •Prices are subject to change without notice
- •Price displayed at checkout is the final price
- •No additional charges are added after payment confirmation
- •Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout
Cancellation & Refund

Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only. RepairFully is not liable for:
- •Courier delays beyond our control
- •Weather-related delays
- •Strikes, holidays, or regional restrictions
- •Delivery failures due to incorrect address or unreachable contact

Product Usage & Installation
After receiving a part, you must:
- •Test the part before installation (especially for Tier 1 parts)
- •Handle parts with care and avoid physical/liquid damage
- •Follow installation instructions carefully
- •Use qualified technicians for installation
Installation is considered acceptance of the part's condition. Once installed, Tier 1 warranty is void.
Intellectual Property
All content on the RepairFully platform, including:
- •Website design, layout, and code
- •Product descriptions and images
- •Quality guides and documentation
- •Logos and branding
are owned by RepairFully and protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
RepairFully is NOT liable for:
- •Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- •Data loss or corruption
- •Device damage from misuse or improper installation
- •Third-party repair damage
- •Loss of business or profits
- •Delays caused by courier partners
Maximum liability is limited to the order value. By placing an order, you accept this limitation.
Prohibited Activities
You must NOT:
- •Engage in fraud or misrepresentation
- •Violate platform policies
- •Provide false device information
- •Attempt to claim warranty for non-manufacturing issues
- •Mishandle or tamper with warranty stickers/films
- •Use the platform for illegal purposes
- •Abuse the replacement or refund system
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension and legal action.
Governing Law
All disputes and claims are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.

Device selection is your responsibility. If you selected the wrong device/part, we may offer an exchange case-by-case, but refund is not guaranteed.
